In a restoration we use all re-useable parts from your original radiator (from whichever of the four factories Ford sourced from) and our new core.  They take 10-13 hours on average + core construction time.

• round tube core with faux seam tubes
• seams tubes are positioned to the fornt but randomly to mimic OE placement 
• 6 copper fins per inch 
  
• hand sheared fins with the scallop to correspond to the sidewall relief
• original top and bottom tank 
• flat rivets in the OE stay rod bracket 
• return lock fold header
• electric wire tabs soldered to lower tank
• hood hinge holder
• test fit to shell when provided (or we use our OE shells)
