The 1955-1959 1/2 ton GMC pick-up is not the Chevy Truck radiator.  The core supports width vary between 6cyl and V8 can be made wider and the radiator may be advanced for added cooling.  Please contact us to discuss this build. 

Keeping the V Cell film core: Aging engines tend to run hotter.  One contributing factor is decreased flow through a clogged and dirty cell style core.  Harrison Ribbon Cellular core are comprised of narrow passages that can clog with rust, sediment or get coated over time with hard scale or oil from the engine.
