People love our boxes that are foamed for the radiator and when we found out what making a crate was costing in time, aggravation and freight costs we know why.  We created this product to make life easier.

• This is an empty box for shipping a radiator to us for a restoration. 
• We have foamed your radiator (or similar radiator), removed the radiator and are shipping the empty box and foam to you.
• You provide your email and we will email you an invoice that will approximate the return freight and box cost.
• You fill in your address and pay for the invoice and the freight. 
• We'll then ship the box and you'll receive a UPS label in a second email.
• When you receive the box, open and insert the radiator, tape the return label to the box and deliver to a UPS store, a UPS shipping depot or any friendly business willing to permit you to include the box as part of their outbound shipping.
• We will settle up the actual freight costs in the final bill.

What size do you need?

• Fedex & UPS require 3" of foam protection around the shipped object
• 33x24x11 - mid size radiators e.g. 32 ford, 33 chevy , 41 dodge
• 27x27x11- Model T or T bucket (without shroud)
• 34x29x15 - deep tanks & tall radiators e.g. 35 ford, 30s packards etc.
