1927 Capitol AA 1/2 ton Truck radiator is designed to fit the steel 1/2 ton truck shell with a point in the front and a with a steel bar soldered to the radiator and riveted to the sidewall frame. 

Please check your shell:

• Aluminum shell,  point in front, lower bar on radiator = 1927 car. 
• Painted steel shell, point in front, lower bar is riveted to the shell = 1927-28 1T truck
• Aluminum shell, oval embossing with a chevy logo= 1928 car 
• Painted steel shell, oval embossing with a chevy logo = 1928 1/2 ton truck

This radiator 

• 2 to 2-1/8 core on the OE
• painted steel shell - truck shell design matches the car's aluminum shell design
• 1-3/4" neck
• lower support bar soldered to the radiator 

This is a tube and fin core conversion.  It is intended to fit within the shell and may be paired with a honeycomb fascia (order separately).
