1939-1940 Chevy Truck Radiator

1939 and 1940 Chevy 1/2T, 3/4T, 1T and S 1-1/2T trucks with the 2" Harrison V Cell film core had a water passage of 1-5/8" with 1/4" lead on dip on the face and rear and we replace this with a 1-13/16 10FPI tube and fin core. 

The COE and 1-1/2T HD with the 3" Harrison V Cell film core had a water passage of 2-1/2" with 1/4" lead dip on the face and rear and we replace this with a 2-5/8" 10FPI tube and fin core. 

Tube and fin core conversions are regarded as more modern efficient core design and can accomodate pressure of a modern engine.
